Only one parcel will be created from this offering. We are looking for one like-minded neighbor who will help preserve the character of the farm for generations to come.
This is a rare opportunity to fully customize your own private farm estate parcel. During this limited-time offering, you may choose:
• A parcel between 7 and 15 acres
• The location of your homesite within the available area
• Whether your property includes a private pond
• The configuration of the property boundaries, where feasible
As forest management and site improvements continue, these choices will naturally become more limited, and the value of the property will increase accordingly.
How the Process Works:
