Located on a 40-acre farm, you can enjoy a spacious and private setting. Inside, you'll find luxury amenities and stylish furnishings, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, large island that seats 10, comfortable great room with fireplace, and fully equipped gym. Two decks offer stunning views. The Outdoor Oasis features new pool, outdoor shower and restroom, hot tub, fire pit, and expansive yard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Each bedroom features unique decor, comfortable beds, and high thread-count linens. The master suite is a true retreat, with a king-size bed, large windows, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a spa-like shower and soaking tub.

Our modern farmhouse offers both luxury and comfort. Perfectly situated on the farm and in close proximity to our event venue, the farmhouse can be rented together with Back Barn to make your event experience truly memorable.

What types of events can I host at Back Barn?

Our rustic Back Barn and Pavilion is the perfect setting for a variety of events – Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Musical Events, Holiday Parties, Team Building & Corporate Events, and Charity & Fundraising Events. Let Back Barn be the backdrop to your special event.
What is the maximum number of people the venue can accommodate?

Back Barn and Pavilion can accommodate up to 175 people. The venue is on one level and is accessible for those with mobility challenges. Please note that the Farmhouse is not accessible due to stairs throughout. We have parking spaces for 50 people adjacent to Back Barn and spaces for an additional 125 people within easy walking distance.
What amenities do you provide?

We provide basic water and electricity. Back Barn does not have restroom facilities. You will need to provide mobile restroom facilities in order to rent Back Barn. Please contact us for recommended vendors.
Where is Bedaw Farms and Back Barn located?

We are located in Awendaw, South Carolina. We are 45 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 20 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, and 5 minutes from the Seewee Outpost.

How can I find out about date availability, pricing, policies or scheduling a tour?

Back Barn is available year-round. It can be rented by day/night and with or without the Farmhouse. If renting both you will need to make reservations at the same time. Please contact us for current availability.
